Set right beside the calm of Rankala Lake, Ruggedian’s second gym is not just a space, it’s an experience. It’s a gym that breathes; heals and feels like a pause in the middle of everything else.

Here’s Your Walk Through Ruggedian @Rankala
Ground Floor: As you enter, the front desk is your first stop. Here to welcome you. Just a few steps away, the cafeteria invites you in. The space opens up & you walk into the functional training zone — raw, open, and full of movement. Designed for freedom, not restriction. Just next follows the kickboxing cage that stands bold, and beside it, the dance studio bringing in rhythm and energy, always alive with motion. A spinning zone also adds to the movement.
First Floor — Strength and Weight Zone: This floor is fully dedicated to strength and weight training.
Spacious, balanced, and built to let you train at your own pace.
Second Floor — Dedicated Cardio Zone with a View: At the top, the entire floor is a dedicated cardio zone, with treadmills facing the lake. You’re moving, but it never feels rushed. It’s cardio, but it feels like therapy.
And the best part? This gym too stays open 24 hours, all 365 days for your uninterrupted fitness routine! And yes, one membership, two spaces. You now have access to both.
