Our members of the QA team inspect each product before packaging to ensure the maximum customer satisfaction. Our customers’ satisfaction is at the first place, returning a product is easy and quick!

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, it is easy to exchange or return. Simply follow the instructions and submit a request for return/ exchange. To be eligible for a refund on returning an item or items, the item must meet the below criteria:

1. Product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged.

2. Product must be returned with all tags attached in its original condition along with all packing material, courier receipt, invoice and other papers, if any.

3. Damaged or soiled products will not be accepted.

4. Gift cards/vouchers are non-refundable. Gift wrapping charges will not be refunded if goods are returned. Also, we will not be able to gift wrap any replacements you have asked for.

If you return a package that does not meet these criteria, it will be denied. Denied returns will not receive a refund and will be forfeited. Please note, original shipping fees are non-refundable. Once we have received the products back at our warehouse, the product(s) amount will be credited back to your bank account within 2 business days once the quality check is done.

The reverse pickup will be attempted within 3 business days (Mon to Fri from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM) from the request raised. It takes 4-8 business days for those products to reach back to our warehouse.

Please note, in case if we do not have a reverse pick up service in your area, you will be requested to self-ship the product you wish to exchange/return on the address mentioned below. Please check that the items are securely packed to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
